1. the list

    - read every night for thirty minutes before I go to bed from an actual book and not a screen
    - do more things that scare me
    - find a really good study spot and go there religiously
    - go to yehoodi’s frim fram jam on thursday nights, and get really good at swing dancing
    - start journaling/write more
    - find an internship and spend the summer in new york!
    -  hang out with people who make me happy
    -  make time for things that are important to me (that is to say, more reading, writing, and yoga, and less facebook)
    - be positive!
    - stop over-analyzing. do what feels right.
